Step 1 - Understand the journey of a role model

Learn from role models like Deepa Narasimhan who has no motor function in her arms and legs. With an education qualification of 12th std, she started as a graphic designer. Today she is the diversity manager for the entire Asia Pacific and Japan region. She has achieved this by working 14 hours a day, using workplace solutions to overcome her disability. Her interest to work, positive attitude and development of skills led to her growth in her company.
